Penerangan Pekerjaan - HR, Admin & Operation Assistant - Urgent Role

We are in need of an analytical HR, Admin & Operation Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team at Heng Lian Enterprise Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  • To do the E auto transaction for all branches.
  • To activate and monitor the GPS for all branches.
  • To monitor and update AEON application/ transaction records.
  • To register vehicle insurance for new customers and renew insurance & road tax for existing customers (Kuching branches).
  • To maintain records of business transactions for licenses, applications, agreements, insurance or etc.
  • To perform Purchase Order/ Service Order for Motorcycles, Used Car, Spart parts, GPS, Office Stationery/ Office Fitting, Repair & Maintenance or etc
  • To relieve staff on leave for respective departments when needed.
  • To perform stock take for branches if and when required.
  • To maintain and update HR records.
  • To update employee’s leave record & medical claim / fee record.
  • To keep track of the attendance of employees.
  • To prepare advertisements for vacant staff positions.
  • To schedule the interview sessions with candidates.
  • To perform general clerical tasks.
  • To update renewal schedule for insurance, road tax, trade license, etc.
  • To update new & resigned staff records.
  • To prepare correspondence.
  • To update the organization chart, AGM.
