Job Summary
Serves as a HR Generalist & Administrator. Responsible for managing the talent acquisition and talent development process to ensure the right calibre of employees to support business growth and succession planning. Overseeing Office Administration and other HR function.
Main Responsibilities
Human Resources (People Management)
- Building potential employee databases through business networks, sourcing channels, engaging with recruitment agencies, and the usage of internal employee referral programs to ensure there is a pipeline of high-calibre candidates to support growth and fill vacancies when needed.
- Develop Talent Acquisition strategies based on the organization’s growth plans and business needs through the development and use of competency frameworks.
- Work with internal leaders and HODs to understand and guide their hiring requirements to ensure the right fit candidates are identified to support the business requirements in a timely manner.
- Responsible for all spectrums of the recruitment process such as screening and evaluating job applications, sourcing, job advertising, interviewing, and employment contracts to select the right candidates through cost-efficient methods.
- Drive recruitment activities, for instance, job fairs, open houses, and career expo, as and when required.
- Manage administrative work relevant to the recruitment process.
- Human Resource generalist coverage including compensation & benefits, trainings, payroll.
Administrative Support
- Office premise maintenance
- Maintain organized filing/e-filing systems for documents, contracts, and other company records.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as and when required.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Company Events.
Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin or equivalent experience.
- Min 2 years experience as HR Generalist with focus in Talent Acquisition/Development, Trainings.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- People oriented and results driven.
