Job Description

Arrange interview schedule
Check all staff attendance and record staff leave
In-Charge for staff uniform, keys and access card
Prepare month end payroll and payslip
In-Charge for stock inventory
Prepare Company Letter, Memo & HR letter (ex : LOA, confirmation letter, promotion letter, show cause letter and termination letter)
In-Charge for staff welfare (ex : to update in the excel sheet)
In-Charge for license, tenancy agreement and insurance renewal
Prepare staff commission for Clinic CS and Medispa staff
Filling and ad hoc task given by the superior
