Job Description
- Arrange interview schedule
- Check all staff attendance and record staff leave
- In-Charge for staff uniform, keys and access card
- Prepare month end payroll and payslip
- In-Charge for stock inventory
- Prepare Company Letter, Memo & HR letter (ex : LOA, confirmation letter, promotion letter, show cause letter and termination letter)
- In-Charge for staff welfare (ex : to update in the excel sheet)
- In-Charge for license, tenancy agreement and insurance renewal
- Prepare staff commission for Clinic CS and Medispa staff
- Filling and ad hoc task given by the superior
