Job Responsibility:
Human Resources:
- Handle the full cycle of recruitment.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online platforms and match candidates with the job openings.
- Create JDs for all staff and to ensure it is kept up to date.
- To liaise with recruitment agencies.
- Experience Handle the recruitment process such as advertising the vacancy, sourcing the candidate, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interviews, managing the hiring process, and orienting.
- Staff engagement – planning and conducting team events, festive celebration, company outing
- To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time
- To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time
Admin:
- Daily office operations and admin support activities
- Office equipment maintenance
- Administer incoming and outgoing courier and mails
- Purchase of office toiletries, refreshments, and stationaries
- Collect incoming mails (bank statements, invoices etc)
- Renew office and store business license
- Prepare, assist and maintain the day-to-day admin function and operation activities.
- Perform any other assignments as and when required by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Min. 1 - 2 years’ experience in Human Resources and Admin.
- Experience in Hunting or Sourcing candidates.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Working knowledge of Employment Act and all HR statutory.
- Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio).
