Job Responsibilities:

• Firmly understand different types of Singapore work passes, including specific requirements and application nuances.
• Master and apply complex Singapore employment laws essential for managing work pass applications with precision.
• Skillfully prepare and submit critical documents to government bodies, ensuring flawless execution under strict regulations.
• Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, ensuring zero typographical errors in critical document submissions.
• Direct workflows meticulously, matching local laws to candidate profiles and assessing their suitability.
• Enhance candidate credentials strategically to improve their chances of work pass approval.
• Navigate through intricate bureaucratic processes, offering expert, tailored advice to each client.
• Analyze extensive, evolving immigration regulations and integrate understanding with Singapore's cultural context.
• Stay updated on global immigration trends to provide strategic, relevant advice to clients.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with excellent academic results; higher qualifications in business administration or HR preferred.
• Preferably 1 year in advisory and client facing role.
• Ability to think analytically and strategically, addressing complex immigration issues.
• Strong project management skills, capable of leading projects with precision and efficiency.
• Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Well-organized and meticulous, essential for handling detailed documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for liaising with clients and government bodies.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and achieving excellence within a fast-paced work setting.
• Able to quickly adapt to new challenges and changes in immigration regulations and procedures.
