Job Responsibilities


Recruitment & Onboarding: Involve in Blue Collar roles recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, interview, preparing offer letters, HR induction/onboarding.


Attendance & Recordkeeping: Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry and recordkeeping. Update and upkeep of employees' compensation & benefits record. 


HR Operations: Administering employee benefits, maintaining HR documentation and records, ensuring compliance with policy and Employment Act, foreign worker administration, responding to employee inquiries related to HR matters.


Employee Engagement & Relation: Plan, arrange and organize for employee engagement and wellbeing activities.


Training & Development: Source for training provider, registration, training grant application, training administration, maintain training records.


Office Management


Handle and monitor outsourced service provider/contractors service namely security guards, office cleaning, pest control, vending machine, water dispenser. 


Source and purchase non direct materials like pantry food and beverage, stationery, printing forms, toner / cartridge, uniform, safety shoes, some PPE and other services.


Make booking arrangement for hotel, transport, meal for external guest, customers and visitors.


Job Requirements



  1. Minimum Diploma / Degree Holder in HR / Business Administration or related field.

  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in HR Admin field.

  3. Good understanding of HR principles and practices.

  4. Good team work spirit and communication skills.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Time Attendance software experience preferred.

  6. Able to work in Subang Jaya

  7. Contract period for 6 months

  8. Experience in manufacturing industry will be added advantage
