Job Responsibilities:
- Handle some matters relating to FW such as bring FW for medical check up, book tickets/Grab
- Preparation of monthly payroll (including overtime (OT), Allowances, and Deductions), reports and documents, and statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, Tax, and other salary deduction payments) within the time frame.
- Ensure all employee payments are processed accurately and timely.
- Preparation of monthly claim payments and updates in the system within the time frame.
- Manage payroll schedule and ensure all parties adhere to defined payroll activities and timelines.
- Maintenance of payroll documents and leave administration.
- Enquire and clarify information discrepancies from facilities/sites including overtime, leave records and insurance claims/documents.
- Check with governmental bodies such as EPF, SOCSO and others for clarification on regulations and procedures.
- Preparation of general HR matters such as Letters of Confirmation, Letters of Transfer, etc.
- Maintain an effective filing system and ensure proper maintenance of all payroll documentation.
- Administrative job
- Maintain database integrity.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia both oral and written. Knowing the Mandarin language is advantageous.
- Experience in iFlexi system is a PLUS
- Must be able to work in Ekoperniagaan Johor Bahru.
