Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the reception function and day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
- Provides administrative support and ensures efficient operation of the office.
- Implements effective sourcing, screening, and interview techniques.
- Handles recruitment administration aspects including conducting induction briefings/new hire onboarding and relevant manpower.
- Manages leave and time attendance administration.
- Handles general office admin functions.
- Follows up on IT & Cleaning Reports.
- Supervises office maintenance and cleanliness.
- Performs general office duties such as ensuring office inventories are up to date.
- Updates internal databases with new hire information.
- Prepares reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
- Responsible for coordinating the arrangement of documents for signing & compilation.
- Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Work experience as an Admin Assistant, HR Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Expert in PowerPoint & Excel will be an advantage).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
- Willing to learn & pick up new things.
- Good self-discipline, driven and motivated.
- Able to multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required.
