We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and motivated candidates to fill the role of HR Assistant in our Organization. The team works in a digitalized, multicultural, diverse and inclusive environment, striving to create an excellent experience to all clients with continuous collaborations and improvements. Short-term contract (6 months) employment basis on a third-party contract.

 

Summary of assigned duties:

The incumbent is assigned all or part of the following responsibilities. However, staff may be rotated and assigned to perform other duties within Global Human Resources (GHR) as determined by the Head, GHR which includes ad-hoc assignments, reinforcing other teams or replacing other staff members as required. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Administer HR Shared Services transactions for various types of appointments, separations, reassignments, education grants, compensation, travel request, entitlements and benefits, etc. for all categories of staff members
  • Handle daily transactions and queries via email and/or phone calls
  • Provide HR support and advice to clients all around the globe based on the Organization’s policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team
  • Perform other related duties as required.

 

Functional knowledge & skills:

  • Good technical expertise in human resources
  • Ability to multi-task while paying attention to details
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and outstanding communication skills
  • Knowledge in ERP/ Oracle system is an added advantage
  • A team player with a high sense of responsibility, initiative, and good organizational skill.

 

Your experience includes:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in the area of HR or
  • 4 years with first level university degree or
  • 3 years with relevant advanced university degree.

Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya

Contract duration: 6 months
