 About the Role:  We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator / Administrative Secretary. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team and assist in the smooth operation of our business activities.

 Key Responsibilities:

 📋 Administrative Secretary: Oversee general office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

    🏢 Office Administration and Management: Provides administrative support to the office, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.

•    📞 Front Desk Duties: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle general inquiries.

•   📜 Licensing and Compliance: Ensure all company operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

•   ✉️Internal Communication: Facilitate efficient internal communication across departments.

•   🧑‍💼 Recruitment Coordinator: Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles to onboarding new hires.

  •     Responsible for initial screening of CVs, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

 We Need Someone Who:

 Has proven experience as Recruitment Coordinator / Administrative Secretary or a related field.

•     Is adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

•     Strong organizational and time- management skills

•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

•     Boasts strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

•     Is proficient in MS Office and comfortable with learning new software.

•     Displays a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.

  • Female candidates below 35 years old.
