Job Description
- To perform full spectrum of HR management functions which include payroll, compensations & benefits, recruitment & selection, training & development, employee relation and etc.
- To assist in formulation and implementation of companies' policy, rules and regulations to maintain discipline within the companies and to ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures with the local statutory requirements.
- To assist and support the HR personnel in all HR matters.
- To manage all HR records and to ensure all personal files are up-to-date.
- To support and assist all matters related to foreign workers and expatriate application and administration.
- Provides administrative support for the day-to-day activities of office operations (staff travel arrangements, IT support, etc.).
- Perform any HR duties as assigned by the Superior.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Social Science or its equivalent.
- Candidate must have minimum 1 years of HR work experiences in a similar position or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong inclination towards people management and leadership.
- Full-time base in Seri Petaling, KL.
