岗位职责:
1、负责公司人才引进、人员招聘;
2、负责公司行政、人事政策制度、体系与重点项目在业务部门的落地与推动执行;
3、融入业务团队,深入了解业务领域人员发展状况,识别与诊断业务人才发展和团队发展方面的问题,定期针对业务团队情况提出改进报告;
4、关注业务部门关键人才的融入与培养,确保持续的沟通与反馈;
5、协助HR LEAD进行人才管理、团队发展、组织氛围建设,确保公司文化在所属业务领域落地。
6、公司行政管理,包括但不限于办公场地、固定资产、团队活动等。
任职资格:
1、统招本科以上学历;熟练使用招聘渠道;
2、良好的中文及英语沟通能力,抗压力强;
3、性格开朗大方,能快速融入团队。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company’s talent introduction and personnel recruitment;
2. Responsible for the implementation and implementation of the company's administrative and personnel policies, systems and key projects in the business department;
3. Integrate into the business team, have an in-depth understanding of the development status of personnel in the business field, identify and diagnose problems in business talent development and team development, and regularly submit improvement reports on the business team situation;
4. Pay attention to the integration and training of key talents in the business department and ensure continuous communication and feedback;
5. Assist HR LEAD in talent management, team development, and organizational atmosphere construction to ensure that company culture is implemented in the respective business areas.
6. Company administrative management, including but not limited to office space, fixed assets, team activities, etc.
Qualifications:
1. Unified recruitment requires undergraduate degree or above; skilled in using recruitment channels;
2. Good communication skills in Chinese and English, and able to withstand pressure;
3. Cheerful and generous personality, able to quickly integrate into the team.
