Job Description:
1.Preparing data or information for payroll processing in a timely manner.
2.Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
3.Processing general administration tasks (e.g. claims, leave application).
4.Assist in job advertisements and interview arrangement.
5.Preparing all HR related letter and memo.
6.Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
7.Cooperation with all department HOD to ensure all staff able to comply with Company policies, SOP, rule and regulation.
8.Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
9.Handle all Government related issues.
10.Assist with all HOD for conducting training.
11.Prepare annual training plan.
12.Fully comply with all company policy such as Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy, Discrimination Policy, Employee Handbook and etc.
13.To undertake other responsibilities/task when assigned by Head of Department from time to time.
14. Assist for purchase Electrical Standard parts.
Requirement:
Minimum SPM and above
At least 1 year of experience in related field.
Require languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
