Job Description:
1.Assist leaders and be specifically responsible for the management of human resources.
2.According to the company's personnel designation, positions and headcount, organize job analysis work from time to time, and constantly revise and improve job and responsibility descriptions.
3.Responsible for employee recruitment and management to meet the employment needs of various departments and periods.
4.Responsible for the company's education and training work, formulating annual/monthly training plans according to the training needs of each department, and supervising the implementation; and specifically responsible for the training of production front-line employees, including planning, organization and implementation, supervision and inspection.
5.Responsible for corporate culture promotion, employee relations, employee performance, employee attendance, salary accounting and other management work.
6.Responsible for the design and preparation, operation and maintenance, inspection and review, and continuous improvement or perfection of the work processes in each link of the department.
7.Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders on time.
