HR Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to team membersand assigned team members' work and roles to ensure the smoothrunning of day-to-day operations. 
• Managethe day-to-day operations of the human resources function onemployee relations, administrative, payroll, and benefitsprograms.
• Supervise the work of employees andprovide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency andeffectiveness. 
• Assist in developing andimplementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overallbusiness strategy.
• Assist in ensuring legalcompliance throughout human resource management.
• Conducting interview, selection, and training of new teammembers. 
• Keep in touch with the latestchanges in the domain of laws relevant to human resourcefunction. 
• Take the initiative to suggestand work on improvement plans and policy to gear towards achievingand excelling set out targets.
• Manage and leadthe Operations team to achieve set out targets.
   

Requirements: 

• Proven work experience as an HR OperationsManager, HR Manager or similar role.
• Excellentknowledge of labour law.
• Hands-on experiencewith Human Resources Information Systems.
• Experience designing compensation and benefitspackages.
• Ability to develop clear and faircompany policies.
• Good analytical anddecision-making abilities.
• Team managementskills.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degreein Human Resources Management or relevant field; MSC is aplus.
