HR Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Job Responsibilities:

1. To perform full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, preparing letters, attendance and records, compensation, reporting and analysis, employee relations & etc.
2. To perform recruitment processes including advertising, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement and coordination.
3. Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal etc.
4. Handle all matters relating to foreign workers employment and immigration procedures.
5. To coordinate internal & external trainings, events and programs. 
6. Any other duties and relevant task will be assigned from time to time by the supervisor and management.

Job Requirements:

1. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
2. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
3. Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR functions.
4. Strong knowledge in Malaysia Statutory Acts (i.e EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.), Employment Act 1955, and other related HR Acts 
5. Experience in handling foreign workers including FW quota is an advantage
6. Resourceful, able to meet deadlines, ability to work independently and good team-player.
7. High integrity and professionalism.
