Requirements:

SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in any field
Knowledge of MS Office

Job descriptions:

Organizes HR records and keep employee files confidential
Assist in overall recruitment activities
Process documentation and assist the HR department with clerical support
Attend to all external and internal matters related to the employment of foreign workers. e.g. work permit, renewal, insurance and etc
To undertake any ad-hoc project or any other related task that may be assigned to you from time to time
