Qualifications
: - Bachelor's degree or University Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration
Requirements : - Minimum 1-2 years of operations knowledge or practical experience in HR will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors would be an added advantage.
- Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Good spreadsheets skills especially in Excel.
- Able to stay back late occasionally to ensure smooth completion of project implementation.
Job Descriptions : - Provides customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with company's values, philosophies, policies and programs.
- Responsible for worldwide employee data management, including setting up new employee records, acquisitions, mass changes handling, maintaining up-to-date employee data.
- Provides HR services/support/consultation to employees and managers across regions.
- Ensures data entry processes are SOX compliant and internal controls are in accordance to audit guidelines.
- Ensures requests are attended on timely manner as per Service Level Agreement.
- Works on human resources assignments with broadly defined objectives and delivers as per timeline agreed.
- Strict observance of data privacy at all times.
- Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.
