Responsibilities
- Attendance checking
- Leave system administrator for all staff
- Liaise with insurance broker to maintain and update employee's healthcare coverage, adhoc medical claims and etc.
- Processing of payroll for Contract worker – 3 shifts, computing bonuses and allowances, etc.
- Employee benefits – drafting of memos and articles for employee recognition, assisting with insurance claims and renewal, etc.
- Staff locker administration
- Updating of notice board with the company’s newsletters and memos
- Visitor registration and reception duties
- Assist confirmation appraisal & yearly performance appraisal exercise.
- Assist employees with relations issues & queries.
- Assist with hotel booking and transportation arrangements.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resource, Business or related disciplines
- Candidates should possess computer knowledge skills such as MS office. Knowledge of HR/Payroll software such as Easypay, Easytime and SAP will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Employment Act will be advantageous
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
