HR Business Partner

• Partner with
  business leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives that enhance
  performance and organizational effectiveness.
  
• Lead and support HR projects
  such as transformation, process improvement, and policy implementation
  
• Apple HR analytics to generate data‑driven insights for workforce planning,
  talent decisions, and business outcomes.
  
• Support the rewards
  function to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with
  business and performance goals.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is an added advantage.
  
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with direct exposure to partnering with business leaders, handling complex employee issues, and leading HR initiatives or projects.
