Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a HRBPin the HRDepartment to join us in our European HQ based inAmsterdam.

Summary:

As the HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in our global commercial HR team.

Your mission is to lead and shape our HR practices in the Netherlands, fostering an inclusive, driven and empowering workplace culture. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of rolling out HR initiatives, policies, and procedures that are not only aligned with our central direction but also compliant with local rules and regulations across Europe.

What you'll do:

• Empower and guide team members, managers, and leaders as the primary HR contact person in the Netherlands.

• Drive the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, cultivating alignment with organizational goals. On an hands-on level, you will be overseeing any HR related operations related to onboarding, leave, sickness, payroll, etc. in the Netherlands.

• Lead in ensuring compliance with Dutch employment laws, cultivating a culture of adherence among managers and employees.

• Foster employee growth through proactive management of performance and development programs in close collaboration with our centre of excellences.

• Manage and support disciplinary and grievance issues.

• Oversee and optimize relationships with external providers, ensuring effective services and efficient HR operations.

What you'll bring:

• Significant experience as HR Manager, HR BP, or similar
  
  
• Deep knowledge of local employment law / managing works council
  
  
• Fluent in Dutch and English
  
  
• High level of flexibility and adaptability
  
  
• Strong interpersonal (credible, trustworthy, respectful, confident)
