Penerangan Pekerjaan - HR Business Partner II

This position is responsible for understanding their assigned business areas’ workforce planning needs and developing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire best-in-class talent. Recruitment activities include but are not limited to: sourcing, networking, data mining and social media.

This position will report to the APAC Manager of Talent Acquisition. The position will be located in Klang, Malaysia.

PRIMARY DUTIES

 • Utilizes innovative sourcing strategies and networks to grow a diverse pipeline of candidates across a variety of business areas and experience levels

 • Sources active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals

• Sources passive candidates through networking, cold calling, social media and Internet research

 • Utilizes social media to reach passive candidates using – forums, blogs, discussion sites – to help reach targeted passive prospects

• Manages all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process for various roles across the organization

• Meets with hiring managers to discuss upcoming needs and develops multi-faceted sourcing and recruitment strategies

• Delivers qualified candidates (short list) for open positions to the business/function partners in a timely manner and provides relevant updates throughout the hiring process

 • Promotes employee referral program and drives usage across the organization

 • Ensures recruitment files are completed in accordance with compliance standards, which include completion of evaluations, applicant tracking, and appropriate documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above . Speaks fluent Chinese and English.

• 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures

• 3+ years experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday Recruiting

• 3+ years experience using social media as a recruiting tool

• 2+ years experience working in a retained executive search, boutique search firm and/or agency (preferred)
