HR cum Accounting Executive - Leading Industry Pay

Key Responsibility :-

Human Resource

• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
• To source potential candidates through various platforms
• Ensure proper on-boarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
• To compile and update necessary report with regards to recruitment process (if needed).
• To initiate and conduct employee engagement activities.
• Training & Staff Development
• To prepare all HR reports
• To prepare all correspondence related to HR. For example, SOPP, check claims, etc.
• Staff Welfare arrangements.
• Any addition ad-hoc task assigned by superior or higher management.

Accounts

• Monitor daily record keeping and reconciling of company's financial registers.
• Assist immediate supervisor with year-end external audit.
• Verifies and work closely with stakeholders on account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from Operational department.
• To perform and undertake any other duties as may be prescribed by the Management from time to time.

Requirement :-

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Good communication skill with internal and external entity.
• Ability to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a team environment and under minimal supervision.
• Ability and willing to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
• Pleasant personality, hardworking, able to take/understand instruction, meticulous and detailed. 
• Ablility to work under pressure.
