Penerangan Pekerjaan - HR cum Admin Executive

# We are looking forMandarin-speaking candidates for dealing with Customer fromChina.

Key Roles& Responsibilities:-

Human Resources :

  • Assist inrecruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, andinterview coordination.
  • Handle onboarding andorientation for new employees.
  • Maintainemployee records, including personal information, attendance, andleave records.
  • Assist with HR-relateddocumentation and compliance, able to handle monthly contributionsfor Income Tax, SOCSO and KWSP declarations will be anadvantages.
  • Prepare monthly attendancereport.
  • Prepare HR related documents such asletter of employment, letter of termination, company memorandums,etc 
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws,office safety regulations, and HR procedures.

Administrative :

  • Able to support task & admin dutiessuch as application form, banking, license, and dealing with localauthority.
  • Monitor and order office suppliesas necessary.
  • Handle general administrativetasks, including data entry, handle of filing, keep record andassuring accurate documents filing recorded.
  • Assist in organizing company events, company dinner,trips, meetings, and trainings.
  • Processincoming emails and calls.
  • Basic financial andaccounting knowledge is an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HumanResources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience at least 2 -3 years 
  • Good knowledge and skill in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc
  • Excellent communication,interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency Language in Mandarin & EnglishMUST.
  • Experience with ITrecruiting 
  • Good knowledge of laborlegislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves andinsurance)
  • Ability in multitasking,confidence, and have excellent communicaitionskills
