Requirement:

  • Can speak, write and read in Mandarin, handlingMandarin documents.
  • Excellent written andverbal communication skills.
  • Detailed orientedperson.
  • Adequate knowledge in MS Office (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint) & GoogleDrive.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Good writing skills forwriting documents, official letters andemail.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screeningand interviewing techniques.
  • Proven workexperience as an HR Executive, Finance Executive or similarrole.
  • Experience with Human ResourcesManagement Systems / Applicant TrackingSystems.
  • Familiarity with full-cyclerecruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of labourlegislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves andinsurance).
  • Excellent communicationskills.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree inHuman Resources Management, Finance, Accounting or any relevantfield.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact regarding labourlegislation issues.
  • Prepare the company’shandbook
  • Keep the employee and intern detailsupdated.
  • Prepare job descriptions, posting jobads and managing the hiring process.
  • Processhiring paperwork (offer letter &agreement).
  • Receives and coordinated requestsfor leave.
  • Create and maintain employee records(leave record, probation period etc.) according to policy and legalrequirements.
  • Revise proposals and agreementscontent and formatting, and amend according todiscussion.
  • Create and implement effectiveonboarding plans for new joiners.
  • Review andimplement financial policies.
  • Update internalsystems with financial data.
  • Handling paymentto statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO & LHDN) timelybasis.
  • Update new joiners & resigningstaff on statutory.
  • Liaise with a third-partyTax and Account agency for audit, tax and statutoryrequirement.
  • List and remind the manager tomake any payment.
  • Manage company’s cashflowrecords
  • Other related tasks as required bysuperior.
  • Prepare all types of letters anddocuments required by the company.
