HR cum Marketing Executive

Job Description:

1) To be responsible for monthly payroll outsource service including calculation of salary (based on allowance, OT, unpaid leave), EPF, SCOSO, EIS and PCB in an accurate and timely manner in compliance to local labour laws.

2) To prepare and planning FB/ Email/ WhatsApp post and draft email topic (Mail Chimp) if required.

3) To keep clients well informed on any issues, changes or update of government statutory. 

4) To manage all inquiries and government officials with regards to statutory i.e EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN.

5) To handle the process of staff recruitment including job advertisement, screening applications, arrangement of interview appointment, letter of offer, staff orientation, etc.

6) To assist the HR Superior in various aspects of HR operations and administration including issuing all HR letters and related correspondences, preparing monthly reports on staff turnover, leaves, attendance, etc.

7) To conduct regular update on HR policies, process, and procedures to keep the Company abreast of current practice and according to required needs.

8) To update and monitor leave record and maintain employee personal information in the system.

9) To process any medical claim, to prepare and monitor the staff's medical expenses report on monthly basis and to alert the staff if their medical expenses nearly reach their limit.

10) To assist in training and development programme and process HRD claim.

11) To perform any other duties as and when required by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Required language (s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
2. Must be able to speak Mandarin
3. Required skill (s): Computer literate (Microsoft Word/ Excel)
4. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
5. With or without working experience
6. Positive attitude, honest, ethical and dependable
