Penerangan Pekerjaan - HR Employee Engagement & Training Executive

cbs Malaysia is the subsidiary of cbs, a leading international consultancy headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. We deliver high-end quality consulting and technology services to large industrial corporations that run SAP.
 

Position Overview: HR Employee Engagement & Training Executive is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of various HR functions, including learning and development, employee engagement, resource planning and HR operations. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Learning and Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
    • Assess training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and consultation with managers.
    • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain accurate training records.
  2. Employee Engagement:
    • Design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular surveys to gauge employee morale and gather feedback.
    • Organize events and activities that foster a positive company culture and enhance team cohesion.
    • Develop communication strategies to keep employees informed and motivated.
    • Address employee concerns and work with management to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
    • Boost brand recognition and enhance employer branding.
    • Promote the career platform to encourage employee reviews and feedback.
    • Develop posts on CSR activities, project teams, promotions, successes, employee quotes, internal events, and consulting life insights.
    • Increase engagement and communication through the Yammer platform.
  3. Resource Planning:
    • Collaborate with Business Unit Heads, Line Managers and Project Managers to forecast workforce needs and develop staffing plans.
    • Analyse workforce data to identify trends and make informed decisions about resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely and effective hiring.
    • Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee retention.

 

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on learning and development, employee engagement, and resource planning.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the APAC region.
  • Proficiency in HR software and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
