Responsible for recruitment process, focus in managing manpower requisitions, source and attract candidates, screen and shortlist resumes and applications to identify applicable high quality talent for assigned open positions and conduct interviews.
Liaise with HR Business Partners on hiring decision and issuance of Letter of Offer.
To support the process of onboarding, probation period evaluation, HR documentation including headcount reporting and update and furnish to HR Manager. (New join, resigned)
Maintain and process monthly payroll checking for the employees.
Perform others routine HR basic operations support as when required.
Need to handle and support all the business in Local
Need to Communicate with HQ and Line Head for all the HR process in Local
Job Requirement:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related fields.
1 years above related experience in HR recruiting field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Familiar with the recruitment process and resource channels in Local
