- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Highly organized and methodical in approach

Recruitment and Selection
- Prepare recruitment material and post jobs to the appropriate recruitment channel
- Source the required talents through job advertisements, career fairs, open interviews, employee referral programs, internal placement, online job postings, employment agencies, or any other recruitment channels.
- Pre-screen candidates’ profiles, and review resumes and qualifications to determine the suitability of candidates.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes by using appropriate tools and tests.
- Conduct phone interviews, schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with the hiring manager and follow through on all hiring procedures to ensure successful hiring and onboarding process.
- Arrange pre-employment testing if needed and conduct background checks for potential candidates.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with employment laws and regulations.
Learning and Development
- Responsible to facilitate and coordinate all training programs (In-house, Internal, and External (onsite or online) as per the approved Training Plan.
- Review, source, and assess existing and new trainers, programs, learning materials, and learning resources to meet the specific requirements.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all departments to assess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity, identify future development needs/skills gaps, and come out with the annual training plan.
- Manage training attendee communications proactively and reactively.
- Follow up and conduct training effectiveness evaluation to meet continued improvement of ISO requirements.
- Prepare, update, and maintain all the learning and development records and documents.
- Analyse and review training feedback for any improvement on arranged learning sessions for employees.
- Conduct structured orientation programs.
Employee Engagement
- Plans and coordinates all wellness, company-sponsored events to include but not limited to healthy lifestyle events, active lifestyle events and balanced lifestyle events, festive events, annual dinner, and etc.
- Develop an effective Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program encompassing environment, workplace, community, and marketplace issues that will deliver agreed CSR targets.
