Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Develop job descriptions, post job openings, and manage recruitment processes
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments.
  • Extend job offers and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the agency.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Monitor and assess employee satisfaction and morale.
  • HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle HR-related documentation, including contracts and letters.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and communication.
  • Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation:
  • Ensure the agency's compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor policy adherence and recommend improvements.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee training 
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process.
  • Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and objectives.
  • HR Projects:Participate in HR projects such as talent management initiatives and diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Compile and analyze HR data for reporting and decision-making. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field(Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities of the social media and digital marketing industry.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
  • Knowledge of data analytics for HR reporting.
