Job Description
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Develop job descriptions, post job openings, and manage recruitment processes
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments.
- Extend job offers and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the agency.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Monitor and assess employee satisfaction and morale.
- HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle HR-related documentation, including contracts and letters.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and communication.
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure the agency's compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor policy adherence and recommend improvements.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee training
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the performance appraisal process.
- Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and objectives.
- HR Projects:Participate in HR projects such as talent management initiatives and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Compile and analyze HR data for reporting and decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field(Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities of the social media and digital marketing industry.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Knowledge of data analytics for HR reporting.
