Responsibilities: Assist Hospital COO in:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
- Assist Hospital COO, to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the hospital
- Construct salary structure data base and conduct salary comparison with other private healthcare provider.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.
2. Employee Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and introduction to hospital policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with department managers to ensure smooth integration of new hires into their respective teams.
3. Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management processes to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Work with department heads to identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate training programs.
- Address performance issues through counseling, disciplinary action, or termination as necessary.
4. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and work to resolve issues in a timely and confidential manner.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster employee morale through recognition programs, team-building activities, and other initiatives.
5. HR Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, updating them as needed to reflect changes in regulations or organizational requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are aligned with legal and regulatory standards.
6. Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
- Generate HR reports as needed for management review and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Diploma degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (major in HR)
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting, minimum 1 year.
- Strong understanding of labor act, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office suite.
