HR Executive - Dynamic Team

Job Description

As an HR Executive at Koppiku Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and fostering a culture of excellence. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR function and duties. You will collaborate closely with HR Manager to execute HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides support to the Manager of Human Resources or other person assigned by the Management in managing the overall of the Organization;
• To support end-to-end recruitment duties; - Designing and implementing the overall HQ/Stores recruiting strategy. Sourcing and attracting candidates via numerous job portal. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
• Maintains employee discipline and harmony handle employee relations issues, grievances and counselling on work-related problems and act as a communication channel between Management and employees to maintain good relationship;
• Ensuring smooth on-boarding/off-boarding process;
• Manage e-attendance portal and enquiries from employees pertaining to attendance;
• Maintain company directory and organizational charts;
• Provides general and operational administrative support by attending to the administrative needs of the office and staff;
• Assist in any ad hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirement:

• At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in the relate field is required.
• Well versed in Employment Act 1955.
• Has experience in retail outlet will be and added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, to complete tasks within the given time frame.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
