Job Description :
To assist Manager in coordinate in all aspect of Human Resources activities in recruitment & selection, employment processing, payroll, Benefits & Compensation, Industrial Relations, Welfare, Training & Development and etc.
To assist in implementing HR policies and ensure all are carried out smoothly.
To liaise coordinate with Government bodies.
To assist in SOP writing whenever the need is arise.
Any other ad-hoc assignments and projects as and when required.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 1 - 2 years of working experiences in HR/payroll.
Good knowledge of Labour Laws and legislation such as Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF Act 1951 / 1991, SOCSO Act 1969, etc.
Possess own transport.
can speak and write Mandrin,English,Malay
Applicants must be willing to work in Juru Bukit Mertajam.
