Job Overview:
As a HR Executive at Honsoar Jaycorp Cabinetry Sdn Bhd ( a joint venture company with Jaycorp Berhad) , you will play a vital role in managing and executing human resource functions within our organization. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment while supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
● Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
2. Employee Relations
● Handle employee relations matters professionally, addressing concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
● Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
3. Payroll Administration
● Overseeing salary disbursements accurately and punctually in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
4. Training and Development
● Identify training programs and opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
● Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other developmental activities.
5. HR Policies and Compliance
● Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
● Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
6. Records Management
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and leave records.
● Generate HR reports as needed by management.
7. Disciplinary Oversight
● Monitoring and enforcing discipline among workers to uphold organizational standards and promote a professional work culture.
8. Regulatory Compliance:
● Facilitating the timely renewal of licenses issued by relevant authorities such as the Majlis, hostel permits, and those mandated by KPDNHEP.
● Ensuring the timely renewal of permits and passports for foreign workers.
● Registering new workers on government platforms in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
● Arranging for foreign workers to undergo necessary health screenings through the FOMEMA program, ensuring compliance with regulatory health standards.
9. Asset Management:
● Coordinating the servicing of essential company assets such as air conditioning units, company vehicles, and forklifts to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources.
● Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
● Experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
