HR Executive - Join a Market Leader

1. Maintain daily updates for employee attendance, overtime, payroll, leave records, and submission of statutory payments, while also keeping track of medical utilization records.
2. Manage tasks related to insurance and work permit renewals for foreign workers.
3. Handle the renewal of company vehicle insurance and road tax.
4. Oversee and manage all aspects of Administration operations.
5. Prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring accurate collection and maintenance of required documents to align with ISO & AS standards.
6. Maintain an up-to-date HR database, including Personal Files, Salary Movement, Letters, and other relevant employee information.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, dynamism, and proactivity, with a strong initiative and excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve results.
• Exhibit good analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour Act will be an advantageous skill.
