NANYANG SIANG PAU , a well established Chinese newspaper under Nanyang Press Group , invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following position :

HR Executive

Responsibilities:

To assist the HR Manager in performing full spectrum of HR roles, which covers recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management and industrial relations.
Maintain accurate employee records, process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Administration on staff training and development programs.
Assist in staff performance review and salary administration.
Provides general administrative services related to HR functions, and manage day-to-day HR issues of employee relations of the company.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Well verse with Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act and Trade Unions Act
Computer literate and able to communicate effectively (both verbal & written) in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.
