Job Description:
· Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
· Be actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and managing the hiring process
· Onboarding plan
· Develop training and development programs
· Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
· Maintain employee records such as attendance.) according to policy and legal requirements
· Monitoring staff performance and attendance
· Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
· Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
· Provide counselling on policies and procedures

Requirements:
· Min Diploma in any field
