HR Executive (L&D and Recruitment) - Urgent Hiring

Job Summary :

Manage overall Learning and Development & Recruitment functions within the company

Provide advice to the Senior Manager related to the above update, and supporting review and execute company policies related to recruitment and learning and development of the company's employees at all levels of the organization.

Any other job requirements as and when required by Senior Manager, Human Resources (line manager).

Responsibilities

1) Learning & Development :

• Manage overall review, update and maintenance of policy and procedures related to Learning and Development.
• Ensure Training Need Analysis, Training Plan, Implementation and Evaluation is executed timely, efficiently, and effectively.
• Manage training budget and liaison with various stakeholders such as HODs, external training providers and training venue coordinator for the smooth execution of internal / external training programs.
• Manage on-boarding program for new employees and industrial training placement.
• Manage talent management and succession planning policy, procedure and process for the company.

2) Recruitment :

• Handle local and international end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertisement, sourcing, screening, conducting background checks and interview to staff on-boarding.
• Have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help in recruit faster and more effectively.
• Reach out potential hires through professional networking, groups on social media, events conferences and workshops (attend career and college fairs, and similar events).
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing and updating job descriptions and specifications.
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
• Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract talents.
• Managing internship programs.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
• Assist in HR operations related matters including HR Administrative, Compensation & Benefits, Employee relations, Talent Development and related tasks.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources / Psychology or its equivalent and minimum 3 years in related working experiences
• Familiar with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power Point Added advantage: HRIS
• Fair understanding of IR and Employment Act 1955
• Highly in Professionalism/Integrity
• Flexible and able to multitask
• Can work independently
• Proactive , able to advice and propose sound decision
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
