HR Executive - Manufacturing/ Electronics - Collaborative Environment

The incumbent will be working closely with the stakeholders from Singapore, China and Hong Kong to run the full spectrum of HR initiatives such as HR operations (end to end recruitment, payroll management, onboarding to offboarding activities), and developing HR policies and procedures for the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the stakeholders from Singapore, China and Hong Kong to run the full spectrum of HR initiatives such as HR operations (end to end recruitment, payroll management, onboarding to offboarding activities), and developing HR policies and procedures for the company.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and manuals
• Identify relevant employees' training programs and facilitate for the implementation throughout the organization. 
• Provide guidance and advice on employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other HR issues
• Maintain effective discipline and good Industrial Relation.
• Hands-on matters related to Government Agencies.
• Responsible for the monthly payroll processing of the company and timely submission of statutory requirements
• Stay abreast of local labour regulations and industry trends to provide factual advice to management
