Our role is responsible for managing human resources matters within the organization. This position requires a HR expertise to support the smooth operation of the company.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
1)Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
2) Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
3) Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
4)Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
5)Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
6) Payroll calculations, maintain staffs' attendance records, HR documentation
Requirements:
>Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
>At least 3 years of experience in the same position
>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin speaking.
<Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR software systems.
>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
>Warm and cheerful personality, energetic and highly motivated
>Detailed with good analytical skills and good communication skills
>Preferably post knowledge in working permit applications
