We are in search of a hardworking HR Executive to join our incredible team at Sheng Tai International Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Overall responsible for HR activities and functions related to companies under the Sheng Tai Group. Your key responsibilities will be payroll & benefits, recruiting/hiring, employee relations and training.

Appended your job responsibilities and may not limited to.

Manage the recruitment process, including drafting and posting recruitment advertisement/poster and/or its related, interviewing, proposal & offer.
Manage the employee onboarding including maintain/enhance/updating training materials to ensure new-join-employees understand the basic rules & regulations and familiarize themselves with the working cultures of the company.
Monitor and executing training and HRDF grant/claim application.
Maintain and updating HR systems and payroll processing. Ensure all processes are compliance with the regulations.
Monitor and review performance appraisal of employees.
Handling expatriates work permit and its related.
Handle employee grievances and/or related disciplinary related.
Other HR related assignment.
