HR Executive, Senior HR Executive

Duties and Responsibilities: Human Resources Executive / Senior Executive will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of the project management. Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor and enhance overall policies and procedures within the project management framework.
• Manage client's monthly payroll processes to ensure accuracy & timeliness.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior.

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience demonstrating proficiency in policy & payroll management.
• Proficient in MS Office, Technology savvy.
• Possesses critical thinking skills, ability to approach challenges and innovative problem-solving.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills fo effective collaboration work envionment.
