JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the identification, facilitation, coordination, and evaluation of training for quality department staffs.
Develop and monitor learning plans based on job descriptions, functional requirements, and organizational needs.
To prepare material for training and works on specific projects and develop appropriate test to validate knowledge gained from training.
Coach employees on how to create job breakdown sheets and how to instruct effectively through the Job Instruction methodology.
Provide coaching to individual contributors and managers utilizing available tools.
Coordinate and deliver the new hire orientation program when required.
Oversees training record accuracy in the learning management system and program effectiveness.
Coordinate and administer both internal and external seminar/conference/training, including education assistance, industrial training program and training from external vendors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Training / Learning & Development, Human Resources, Manufacturing Management or equivalent.
Preferably with 2 years of experience in training / learning & development role for operation staff.
Experienced in Electronics / Electrical Manufacturing industry.
Knowledge in regulatory requirements (OSHA, ISO, QS, TS, etc.).
Certification in Train the Trainer would be added advantage.
