Collaborate with the team and employee toensure the organization’s HR policies and procedures are widelyadhered to , accepted and updated.
Manage andcommunicate new or revised organization HR policy and procedureissues in the respective employees including delivery of shortbriefing, ensuring the employees are appropriately equipped andconstantly supported in introducing and managing suchchanges.
Support and advise employees in termsof organization HR policy and procedure or any relevant statutoryterms and conditions.
Understandingindividual’s job roles and collaborate with Manager / Head ofDepartment to update their Job Description.
Provide assistance to Admin & Human ResourceAssistant Manager implement program and initiatives designed toimprove employee engagement.
Supportperformance appraisal processes by assisting managers with goalsetting, performance evaluations and feedback session.
Provide assistance to organize and coordinate stafftraining, company events, and office programs. May instructtraining programs including conducting new employeeorientation.
Administer staff confirmation,transfer, promotion, and other related staff movement.
To prepare remittances for EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, Zakatand HRDF Levy.
To liaise with relevantgovernment bodies such as HRDF, Income Tax, KWSP, SOSCO, HRDC Levyetc.
To maintain staff’s personal records andkeep the data updated from time to time.
Mayassist in evaluating and modifying the JM’s trainingprograms.
May assist with establishing andimplementing the training calendar.
To reviewand monitor employee attendance, discipline record, annual leaveand medical leave.
Any other reasonable dutiesthat may be assigned to the Admin & HR Manager and topmanagement from time to time.
Requiredqualifications:
Posses at least at a diploma orbachelor’s degree in human resource management /businessstudies/administration/ management/ or equivalent
At least 4 years of working experience in HR with asimilar position
Possesses a high level ofconfidentiality, responsibility, self-motivation, self-disciplineand good interpersonal skills.
Good organizingskills with the ability to manage time and prioritize.
Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solvingskills.
Good team player, strong sense ofresponsibility and able to work under pressure.
