Job Scope:
Payroll
- Payroll calculation
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and completion of necessary paperwork.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process employee documentation, such as employment contracts, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, assisting in performance reviews, and documenting performance-related discussions.
- Assist in identifying training needs and development opportunities based on performance evaluations.
HR Policies and Compliance
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to employment practices.
Benefits Administration
- Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits packages, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Collaborate with benefits providers and manage benefits enrollment, changes, and renewals.
HR Reporting and Analysis
- Generate HR reports and analytics on key metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and training effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role required to deal with Mandarin suppliers
- Highly responsible, reliable, effective and able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
