HR Executives / Senior Executives - Career Growth Potential

Job Descriptions:-

• Handle employees relations matters - disciplinary case, grievances and to foster good working relationship to enhance the morale of employee.
• To conduct counseling to employees toward developing positive working attitudes, improvement, providing advice, assistance and support
• Initiate recruitment drive including recruitment advertisement posting and contacting education institution.
• Lead the whole employee on boarding 
• Administer and oversees the foreign workers affairs
• Execute HR policy to ensure consistent application of HR policy and procedure.
• Support employee engagement and retention 

Job requirements :-

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of working experience in HR ( manufacturing environment)
• In depth knowledge of Malaysia Employment law include Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act
• Independent & able to work with minimal supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication and problem solving skills.
