HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist supporting Asahi Global Procurement Services (AGPS),  you will play a key role in delivering efficient, people-focused HR support across the organisation. You’ll partner closely with leaders and employees to ensure smooth HR operations, enhance employee experience, and uphold strong governance and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for AGPS, providing guidance, support, and resolution on HR matters.
• Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, L&D, employee relations, and performance processes.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with Global Procurement HR frameworks.
• Manage HR systems and ensure accurate HR data, reporting, and record management.
• Coordinate HR activities such as trainings, workshops, and engagement events.
• Liaise with HR service providers (payroll, personnel administration, recruitment) and relevant government authorities.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that improve processes, employee experience and organisational capability

• Experienced HR Generalist, ideally within multinational or shared-services environments.
• Strong working knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle, and local labour regulations.
• Skilled in managing HR vendors (payroll, recruitment, personnel) and coordinating with authorities.
• Proficient in HR systems, reporting, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• A confident communicator and trusted partner with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; fluent in English.
