Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management
- Administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Handle employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and training and development activities
- Assist with HR reporting and analytics as needed
Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years working experience in HR roles.
- Mandarin speaker will add an advantage.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to quickly resolve people's problems
