HR Intern (Employee Engagement & Communications) - Urgent

Position Summary

As an Employee Engagement & Communications Intern in the Human Resources Department, you will need to come out with fresh perspective to inject innovation into our engagement and communication strategies, identify areas for improvement and develop creative solutions.

Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)

You will play an essential role to:

• Enhance employee engagement by exploring new ways to connect (e.g., gamified surveys, innovative workshops/ initiatives)
• Assist in the implementation of approved creative projects and/ or optimize internal processes by exploring tools or methods (e.g., enhance engagement with creative applications/ tools) to improve efficiency (subject to approval)
• Research and implement innovative communication channels/platforms/methods to reach a wider internal audience
• Content Development: Assist in creating attractive and engaging content in various formats, i.e. articles, visuals, videos for internal audience and for external audience with the objective to enhance internal communication and social media presence

To be successful in this intern role, you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications/ Public Relations/ Corporate Communication/ TESL/ Business/ Management/ Any related discipline with latest CGPA of 3.00
• Strong command of spoken and written English language with good copywriting skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications (eg: AI tools, Canva, etc.) and basic video editing skills
• Experience in content development, digital marketing, branding, graphic design, video editing, or event management would be added advantage
• Good time management, goal-oriented and striving to complete the assigned project effectively with the expected quality
