JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in daily HR operations activities, including end-to-end recruitment, new hires on-boarding, employee relations & etc.
- Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, coordinate interview and update application status.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events and programs.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR team
- Assist in recruitment event if required.
- Maintain candidate / applicants’ database in our ATS system.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment as at when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration / Management or any equivalent.
- Good command of English & Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
- Good personality and show positive learning attitude.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Perai, Penang.
- Priority will be given to intern who is able to commit to at least 6 months
